We are fully committed to preventing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, message, audio call, or video call that involves minors or attempts to exploit minors.
Strict Prohibition Against CSAM
Ability Amore has zero tolerance against all Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any attempts to exploit minors. Our app does not permit:
1. Any sexual content or nudity involving minors
2. Grooming, solicitation, or communication attempting to exploit minors
3. Uploading, sharing, creating, requesting, or viewing CSAM
4. Using chat, audio calls, or video calls to harm, threaten, exploit, or approach minors
5. Any violation will result in instant permanent account suspension and reporting to proper law enforcement authorities.
Platform Age Requirement
Ability Amore is strictly 18 years + only.
No minors are allowed on the platform.
We may require age verification in suspicious activity cases.
Moderation & Reporting
Ability Amore uses safety checks, manual review, and proactive abuse detection.
Users can report suspicious content or behavior directly inside the app.
When content is reported, it is reviewed immediately by our moderation team and escalated where required.
Communication Safety (Chat, Audio, Video)
All communication features (chat, audio calls, video calls) are monitored under our safety enforcement. Any attempt to use these features to harm minors or share illegal content will result in immediate enforcement action.
Prohibited Use Examples
Examples of actions not allowed on Ability Amore include:
1. Sharing, requesting, or discussing sexual content involving minors
2. Attempting to meet minors for sexual purposes
3. Threatening, blackmailing, or extorting minors
4. Sending or receiving CSAM in any format (text, media, voice, video)
5. Using video or audio calls to exploit or solicit minors
Any attempt to do these will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to authorities.
Reporting and Enforcement Timeframes
Users can report inappropriate content directly in the app.
Upon receiving a CSAM related report, our safety & moderation team begins review immediately and prioritizes urgent risk cases. Confirmed CSAM content is removed immediately and escalated to legal authorities without delay.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Ability Amore complies with all legal obligations related to child safety worldwide.
We cooperate with regional, national, and international legal authorities and organizations for CSAM reporting and response.
